Key Survey Findings
The most experienced and knowledgeable workers are retiring, leaving gaps that the next generation isn’t yet skilled enough to fill. Researcher Industry Week expects that given the pressure manufacturers are under to “capture, share, and instill technical expertise with a new, digitally-focused workforce,” traditional workforce training systems will soon be replaced in favor of more modern solutions.
