As former business school professor, strategic technology director, chief learning officer, and leading thinker in innovative learning and performance approaches, Charles brings a wealth of practical experience to help navigate the increasingly complex environments of today's businesses.

Charles’ career spans more than five decades and includes roles as Head of the UK National Centre for Network-based Learning, Strategic Technology Director at Dow Jones Markets, Chief Learning Officer at Reuters and Thomson Reuters, as a consultant, and as a member of advisory boards for international learning, performance, and business bodies across the world.

He is a Fellow of the Royal Society for Arts (FRSA) and a Fellow of the Learning & Performance Institute (FLPI). He is also a Senior Advisor at the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD) and other bodies.

The Mars Supply Excellence (MSE) Coach is a pivotal figure in fostering a culture of Continuous Improvement (CI) at Mars.

Tasked with advancing the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) agenda, Jason Henery plays an essential role across all facets of operations and business. His mission is to develop and enhance capabilities that drive improvements in culture, safety, quality, costs, and customer/market value. As a regional resource, Jason collaborates with members of the Education and Training Pillar within the TPM framework. This involves team development, establishing and tracking success metrics, and nurturing a culture of engagement and continuous improvement. Additionally, the MSE Coach spearheads the implementation and deployment of Poka, bolstering the Education and Training Pillar's efforts.
