The New Employees' Onboarding Strategy

This strategy is used when companies want to improve the onboarding process for new employees in their factories. Operations: ERP transactions for that workstation, leader standard works, 5S specific instructions
Quality: General inspection of the workstation, how to do quality checks, how to inspects raw materials & finished products, etc.

3. Equipment

This is where we map and document all knowledge relevant to each workstation. Typically, we will create guides on the following topics:

Equipment introductions
Understanding the products
Beginning of shift
Setup
Adjustments
End-of-shift guides
Quality inspections
Critical success points for operation and quality
