During Johan's career he has acquired extensive experience of how to efficiently operate the Supply Chain and Manufacturing, by previously working for some of the leading Automotive Glass Manufacturer’s, Pilkington, and Food and Beverage Manufacturer’s, Nestlè.

He is an Industrial Sales and Marketing, Business Development and Project/Program Management professional with 15+ years of experience from the Food & Beverage Industry, having worked in different roles at the Swiss Bühler Group and Tetra Pak.
